UX & Web design

Haynes Flytt Website

Haynes Flytt website shown on a laptop with page previews

The project started with a UX audit of Haynes Flytt's existing website, where I mapped out what was working and what was holding the experience back. Once the new design proposal was approved by the client, I moved on to building the site myself, including a rework of their quote request form to make it easier for visitors to get in touch.

The site opens with a video header that sets the tone from the first second. An idea I brought to the table to give the brand a warmer, more personal first impression. The client was happy with the result.

NetOnNet E-commerce UX Study

During my time at NetOnNet, I conducted a UX study of the checkout flow, focusing on the delivery method selection step. The project primarily focused on UX research and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience in the checkout cart. I delivered high-fidelity design solutions based on my findings and presented it to the stake holders and product mangers.

The wireframes and final designs are confidential, so I’m unable to share the full case study publicly. However, I’d be happy to walk you through the research process, key findings, and design solutions in a conversation.
